Initial booking should be made by telephone. This should then be confirmed by completing and returning the booking form within TEN days, after which if the deposit has not been received we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
A BOOKING FORM is available as a pdf file, or we will post one upon request. Upon receiving your deposit we will issue you with an invoice for the full amount and a receipt for your deposit. The balance is then due two weeks prior to the course commencing. Once paid, if you cancel, refund of the balance is at our discretion. If for any reason we have to cancel you will be offered a total refund or another course date, to be taken at your discretion.
